13. Is it normal tohave bubbles inside the FA9 ear units? And will it affect the sound quality?

A: The internal drivers are put in the FA9 which need to be fixed by UV glue. Because of the fluidity of UV glue, the bubbles stuff would be inevitable.
The presence of the bubbles will not affect the sound quality, so please don't worry.
