6. Problem connecting the Q1 to the computer?

A: 1. When a computer is connected to the Q1 for the first time, a "new hardware found" prompt will appear and drivers will install automatically.  Subsequent connections will not produce this prompt unless the Q1 is connected to a different port;2. Please try the supplied USB cable to see whether that works first.  If the Q1 is not recognized, one may try connecting to a different port on the computer (preferably one on the back of a desktop computer) or use a different USB cable and try again;
3. Open your computer's Device Manager;  if a USB device is listed as encountering problems (e.g. yellow exclamation mark), uninstall the device, unplug and replug the Q1 and try again.
