What kind of adapter should I use?

Both PD (9V) and QC3.0 will be recognized as fast charge.

1. Q15 supports fast charging. The USB interface supports PD 9V fast charging (QC fast charging is not supported). It is recommended to use PD 20W and above fast charging, which takes about 4 hours to fully charge. The "POWER IN" interface supports PD fast charging and QC3.0 fast charging.

2. A general 5V2A charger can also charge the Q15, but it will not trigger fast charging and is not guaranteed to be fully compatible. The charging time will be relatively long.

Can the adapter be plugged into the machine all the time? Will it affect battery life?

Yes, in order to take advantage of the "DESKTOP MODE" desktop mode and protect the battery during long-term operation in desktop mode, the Q15 cannot charge the battery when the "DESKTOP MODE" switch is turned to ON, and it does not consume power at this time. If you really need to charge the battery, you need to switch the "DESKTOP MODE" mode switch to OFF.

In desktop mode, when the switch is ON, the battery is "isolated", so there is no need to worry about damaging the battery.

When using DC power supply, can the Super Big Ear be enabled and charged at the same time?

No, the super big ear mode can be activated only when the "DESKTOP MODE" switch is set to "ON".

If you charge the battery when using DC power supply, please turn the "DESKTOP MODE" switch at the bottom to the "OFF" position to charge. At this time, charging is not controlled by the "PHONE MODE switch, and super big ears cannot be used.
