2. What should I do if the M23 crashes or freezes? Forget Password?
Follow the measures below to see if it can help if the M23 crashes or freezes:
1.Force to reboot
Please hold the power button for around 10 seconds until the "FiiO"logo shows up.
2.Extract a LOG file
For special software issues, please extract a LOG file from the folder "fiio_log " under the root directory, zip and copy it to the homepage. Then send it to us and inform us the time of the problem for further analysis.
3.Fail to be charged or turned on
a. Hold the power button for about 10 seconds when it is charging
b.Try other power adapters and charging cables.
c.The battery of your device may be overused, so it needs to be refreshed through low-current power. It is suggested to charge it through the computer for more than 2 hours, and then unplug the charging cable to see whether it can be turned on.
d. If the problem still exists, please try to leave the device aside for 2 to 3 days, and then charge it again. Because sometimes its system may be stuck, it would return to normal when the device runs out of power.

4. What can be done if I forget my password?
The device needs to be reset to factory data mode if you forget the password.
Turn off the device first. Hold the pause/play button and plug a USB cable in for power supply. It will enter recovery mode after turning on. On the display, choose "Wipe data/factory reset->Yes until it finishes. Then choose "Reboot system now" to start the device.

5. How to improve the system lagging after using the player for a long time?
When the system lags:
You can go to System Settings-Storage-FREE UP SPACE
When FiiO Music App or other Apps fail to work:
You can go to System Settings-Apps & Notifications-App info-FiiO Music-Storage & Cache-Clear storage
For other Apps, go to App info, find the corresponding APP and clear the storage and cache.
What should I do if the sound is very low after connecting AirPods or Bluetooth speakers to M23?
1.Go to System Settings-Audio and find the Bluetooth volume adjustment mode.
2.Switch the volume adjustment mode to Sync Bluetooth volume.
3.Disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth device.
When connecting M23 to a Windows computer, the disk drive shows M17/R7, etc.?
If you have connected to M17/R7 to the computer before, this phenomenon will occur. In this case, you can right click the M17/R7 option in Device Manager to uninstall it. Reconnect M23 and it will be displayed correctly.
