Feiao Ripple F9 was officially listed on July 28. As the products are well received by everyone, F9 is often out of stock during this period. We are deeply sorry for users who have been waiting for a long time and have not successfully purchased F9 series.

Friends who are familiar with Feiao should know that Feiao is a consumer-oriented company and team, and user feedback and suggestions are the most valuable for us. Therefore, in response to several issues with strong feedback from F9, we are about to make the following changes during the new batch of secondary production.

1. MMCX is too tight to pull out, what should I do if I dare not change the line?

F5 is our first earphone with standard MMCX interface replaceable line. Since we are the first time to contact MMCX interface, although this is already a very mature standard in terms of industry, we still have some lessons learned from this due to lack of experience. Generally speaking, the interface is relatively loose and the line is easy to fall off. Therefore, F5 has been repeatedly changed and re-made into new wires and then distributed to users. When I was doing F9, the engineer did not dare to be careless. This was not done again at once. This time it would not fall off at all. However, many people who wanted to change lines were also puzzled and did not dare to change lines. For this reason, we also change the wire with reference to mature cases in the first time, and add spiral concave-convex patterns at the end of the wire to increase friction and greatly improve the ease of replaceable wires. Moreover, with the accumulation of our experience, we will also control the consistency of MMCX interface tightness in the future, and will strictly control and strengthen quality control.

2. that casual little gasket is for the purpose of brushing the sense of presence?

In fact, this is not the case. Other manufacturers have also done this. At first, we designed this gasket to improve the friction when MMCX rotates. Solve the problem of poor contact after long-term use. Later, we found that as long as the consistency of MMCX is well controlled, in fact, this gasket is useless, and we are always worried that we don't know where to find it when changing lines, resulting in extra worries. We will cancel this gasket for the new batch.

3. I have an MMCX upgrade line, but your F9 MMCX plug position is too small, what should I do if I can't use my line?

the reason for this problem is that we did not give too much consideration to the thicker MMCX plugs, but it is true that many DIY plugs on the market are thicker. Due to the angle and size, it is impossible to adapt to F9. Therefore, we have made some adjustments to the outlet angle slightly, making the angle larger and compatible with more DIY wires or MMCX wires of other brands, it does not affect the beauty nor the wearing.

4. headphones have inconsistent seams, one side is big and the other is small, worrying about workmanship.

F9 is made of 5-axis CNC turning, which is difficult to process. It takes a long time and has many working procedures. Moreover, due to the special modeling, the defect rate is also very high. Even if it is manually selected, it is inevitable that some gaps will be inconsistent. Therefore, we artificially add an art design groove at the joints, which can effectively ensure that the gaps at the joints of earphones will be uniform and consistent, the yield and processing progress can be greatly improved without affecting the overall appearance.
