Regarding replacing black silicon case to clear case for X1/X3II/X5II

Dear respected customers,

We’ve received reports from customers that there is unfavorable smell on the silicon case, though we had already added jasmine fragrance to it.

In order to provide customers with better user experience, we decided to replace the provided black silicon case with clear hard cases for all the music players in subsequent production, including X1, X3 2nd gen and X5 2nd gen. Since we still have some silicon cases in stock, we will change to the clear case once the stocks used out.

Note: For the X5 2nd gen to be released soon, we already prepared some stocks of black silicon cases, so for the very first batch, it will still be the silicon case, to be changed to the clear case in the next batch.
