22.Instructions for Settings->Global menu

1.System navigation
Gesture, 2-button and 3-button navigation are available.

2.Multifunction button
To assign the function of the multifunction button on the left side.

3.Power-off timers
Sleep: when the set time is up, the M11 Plus will turn off automatically. The sleep time can be set as any integer values between 0 and 120.

Idle poweroff: the M11 Plus will automatically turn off when the timer reaches the set time for idle poweroff when there is no operation or playback. During this process, the timer will restart if there is any operation or playback. The idle poweroff time can be set as any integer values between 0 and 50. (Note that this function will be disabled when it is set to OFF.)

4.HOLD switch setting
When it is enabled, all closed buttons will be locked and cannot be used.

5.Volume touch panel setting
Long or short press the volume+/- button can adjust the volume, or adjust it by touching the volume touch panel.

【How to make the settings】Go to the menu of Settings->Global->Volume Touch Panel Setting. Here are the available settings.
a. Touch sounds: turn on or off the touch sound.
b. Slide speed up: turn on or off. On means to slide up or down while keeping the finger on the panel can continuously increase or decrease the volume.
c.Auto lock without operation: if there is no operation in a period of time, the touch panel will be locked to avoid misoperation. Tap it twice to unlock it.

Notes:
1. If the "Auto lock without operation" is turned on, the volume touch panel needs to be tapped twice each time to enable it before using.
2. If the volume touch panel is locked, the volume can still be adjusted by long or short pressing the volume +/- button without unlocking it.

6.Volume setting
a.System Maximum volume setting: all other volumes will be lower than this volume after setting it.
b.Touchbar Maximum volume setting: set the maximum volume for the side volume touchbar
Note that after setting, if the current volume is higher than the touchbar maximum volume, volume controls through the touchbar can only be reduced and cannot be increased.
c.Fixed volume setting: i.e. the volume of the system when the device is turned on.

7.In-vehicle mode
【Principle】After turning on the In-vehicle mode, you can connect the M11 Plus to the on-board USB port, and the M11 Plus will power on automatically and switch to the In-vehicle mode screen when the vehicle engine starts, and power off automatically when the vehicle engine stops.

【How to set】Go to Settings->Global->In-vehicle mode, or the drop-down menu to turn on the in-vehicle mode.

(Some onboard USB ports may encounter interruptions when connecting to the M11 Plus, in which case you can try to use FiiO's USB isolator, the LA-UA1, to fix the problem.)

8.Rotate screen: the display page will rotate 180° if it is enabled.

9.Double tap to wakeup(will be added in firmware after FW1.0.1): if it is enabled, double tap the screen can wake up the M11 Plus when it is under off or in sleeping states.
