4. What should I do if Q5 couldn't be turned on and charged?

A: Please hold the power button for at least 8 seconds to force a shut down, then pin the reset hole to restart the Q5. After that, please use the charger whose output is DC 5V, 1A (or above 1A) to charge Q5 on the side USB port.
