9.What to do if the E17K appears as a "USB Audio Device" in the list of audio devices instead of "FIIO USB DAC E17K"?

A: This issue may be caused by the improper scanning the driver in the Windows computer. Here is the solution to solve this problem.
1. Pls open the Device Manager to expand the list of "Sound, vedio and game controllers", then right click "USB Audio device" to click update driver software.
2. In the pop-up windows, pls manually search and install the driver software. The location to search the driver software should be "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32".
After done, the driver will be installed correctly.
