12. Does the FW5 support ANC?

ANC noise reduction works by removing noise by producing sound waves of the same amplitude in opposite direction, and the curve tuning needs to be adapted to the ANC algorithm.

FW5 is designed as a fully integrated HiFi TWS headphone, mainly to meet the user's demand for high-resolution music. We FiiO tested various ANC noise cancellation solutions at the beginning of the project, but could not breakthrough the restriction of the algorithm and go against the principle, and eventually eliminated the noise cancellation in favor of the highest possible fidelity of sound to the audiophiles.

The transmission links for calls and music are different. The phone itself has a poor call signal and the ambient noise is high, with CVC call noise reduction the quality of calls will be slightly better. This is why we added CVC call noise cancellation.
