5. How to connect the Q11 to a mobile phone?

【Android-based phone/tablet】

The Q11 can be connected to an Android-based mobile phone or tablet through a Type-C to Type-C cable. Play songs to enjoy high-quality music.

Notes:

(1) Compatibility issues may exist due to system and hardware differences of Android phones or players.

(2) Some mobile phones may need to enable the OTG function for normal use. Please consult the customer support of your phone brand for specific settings.

(3) Some phones may have a prompt saying "Non-certified Type-C digital headphones". We can just ignore it.

【iPhone/iPad】

The Q11 can be connected to an iPhone or iPad through a Type-C to Lightning cable. Play songs to enjoy high-quality music.

Note:

It only supports iOS 10.0.2 and above systems. Below iOS10.0.2 is not supported because of the system itself.
