In Bluetooth mode, how can Q15 connect to two mobile phones at the same time?
After Q15 is successfully connected to mobile phone 1, press and hold the multi-function button for about 5 seconds to put Q15 into the pairing state again. Use mobile phone 2 to search for Q15 and the connection is successful. Click the paired device "FiiO Q15" on the Bluetooth setting interface of mobile phone 1 to connect back. That’s it. You can also turn off Q15 and turn it on again after mobile phone 2 is successfully connected to Q15 to connect the two mobile phones at the same time.
Q15 is a receiving device with no transmitting function and cannot be connected to wireless Bluetooth headsets.
Q15 After Bluetooth is connected to an Android phone, how to switch the Bluetooth encoding? Why is Aptx-Adaptive preferred for Bluetooth connections?
Q15 is a receiving device. What kind of Bluetooth code it receives depends mainly on the mobile phone. Generally speaking, if you need to switch the Bluetooth code, you need to switch the Bluetooth transmission protocol in the mobile phone developer mode.
For the Bluetooth codes supported by Q15, there is a Bluetooth code support switch on FiiO Control. If you do not want Q15 to receive a certain Bluetooth code, you can turn off the corresponding Bluetooth code on FiiO Control.
If you need to switch to other Bluetooth encodings (such as LDAC), follow these steps:
-
Enter FiiO Control App-Q15-Status interface
-
Click ‘Bluetooth encoding selection’
-
After unchecking the ‘aptX-Adaptive’ option, click ‘OK’
-
Q15 will automatically restart and connect to the phone in LDAC or other Bluetooth encoding format
Note: Apple phones cannot switch Bluetooth encoding, the system automatically switches
