6. The first step to use SR11: Network connections instruction

 

1. On the homepage, hold the knob to enter the Settings menu.

2. Rotate the knob to switch between different settings until the display shows “NETWORK”. Short press the knob and the display will show “Y and N” options. Rotate the knob to select “Y”, short press the knob again, and the display will show “CONNECT”. If you don't need to configure the nextwork, select "N" to exit.

3. At this time, turn on WiFi on the mobile phone, search for “FiiO SR11”, and tap to connect.The SR11 is connecting to the mobile phone as a WIFI hotspot. And this hotspot does not support Internet connection.

[Note:] The mobile phone may sometimes prompts''whether to switch to cellular network'' and please choose to continue keeping the wireless connection.

4. After a successful connection, go to the browser on the mobile phone to input “192.168.237.1” on the address bar, or scan the QR code for network connection.

 

 

The WIFI hotspot page will show up now. Please select the corresponding hotspot and enter the password, and then tap OK to confirm the connection. After a successful connection through WiFi, a WiFi signal icon will show on the status bar.

After a successful network connection, the SR11 will automatically return to the homepage. It will automatically connect to the WiFi network that has been configured every time it starts up.

You can set up the SR11 to be connected to both a wired and wireless network, but they will not be used at the same time. The wired network is prioritized. If the SR11 is connected to the network by a cable, it will automatically switch to the wired connection. Once the Ethernet cable is unplugged, the SR11 will automatically switch to the wireless connection.
