2. What should I do if the SR11 is abnormal?

Getting stuck

Please long press the power button to turn off the SR11 or replug the power plug to restart.
Clear pairing
When the SR11 is powered on, poke the reset pole in the rear panel of the SR11 to clear pairing and restore factory setting.
Why can't my phone or player find the SR11, or why is there no audio output?
First, please confirm that your SR11 and the casting device (such as a phone, tablet, or player) are properly connected to the same local network. Next, ensure that the SR11’s current mode matches the casting method of your device. Finally, verify that the SR11’s output mode is the same as the decoder’s mode. That is, make sure both the SR11 and the decoder are set to either coaxial mode, optical mode, or USB mode, and that they are correctly connected.
