11. Does the BT11 support calling function?

BT11 does not come with a microphone, when there is a call, BT11 will automatically mute and switch to the mobile phone for the call.

a. When the call from the mobile phone comes, BT11 will automatically mute and switch to the mobile phone for the call. When the call is disconnected, the BT11 will automatically continue the music playback

b. If you are connecting a Bluetooth headphone with the BT11, BT11 and the Bluetooth headphone will automatically mute and switch to the mobile phone for the call.

Can I listen to phone calls and play music by operating the buttons on the Bluetooth headphone?

Since there are many new technologies applied to BT11,so we have blocked the calling function for BT11 currently.

The current situation:

1. If you are connecting a Bluetooth headphone with the BT11, there will be no sound from the Bluetooth headphone when the call from the mobile phone comes. But at this time, the ringer in your mobile phone will ring . You can still call via the microphone and telephone receiver of the mobile phone.

2. At this time, only play/pause/previous/next song operation is effective in the headset. The calling function is invalid!

However, BT11 is reserved for the call transmission function. In the future, we will gradually add this function via firmware update.

Since the BT11 does not come with a microphone, so when the time comes, it will use the headset's own microphone for call. The specific operation will be finalized only when the software is basically implemented.
