12. How to use the PEQ function of UTWS5 2025?

UTWS5 supports PEQ function and 10 bands of frequencies for adjustment.

Frequency, gain, and Q value can be adjusted via FiiO Control APP to achieve more accurate and precise frequency response in each frequency range, ensuring high fidelity sound quality. Meanwhile, PEQ can support to the highest sampling rate up to 96kHz/24bit.

PEQ refers to the parametric equalizer, the equalizer can be carefully adjusted to the various parameters of equalization adjustment, the adjustment of the parameter content, including frequency band (such as low, medium-low, medium-high and high-frequency, etc.), frequency point (frequency sweep, can be arbitrarily selected), gain (attenuation) and the quality factor Q (bandwidth, with arbitrarily adjustable and high Q and low Q selective), and so on. Generally used for subjective adjustment of the sound, so that the music style is more distinctive and colorful, to achieve the desired listening effect.
