18. Why would the volume be lower when connecting the BT11 to a mobile phone?

Since its release, some users have reflected that the BT11’s Bluetooth transmission volume is lower than the phone’s own Bluetooth output. This is due to a difference in how the BT11 operates compared to regular devices.

Typical headphones use the AVRCP protocol to adjust the volume in sync with the mobile phone. However, the BT11 works based on the USB port’s input volume directly, outputting after handling the USB input at a 1:1 ratio. Moreover, to simplify usage, we’ve disabled headphones from adjusting the volume of the BT11.

If you find the volume of your headphones is lower when connected to the BT11, please try the following solutions:

1. Adjust the headphone volume directly using the headphone volume control to reach a comfortable listening level.

2. If it still sounds weak, try to increase the USB volume on your phone.

Additionally, various phone settings may impact USB output volume. For instance, on an iPhone, at least five settings can affect it.

The BT11 has applied many new technologies. We will continue to upgrade firmwares to enhance performance, such as adding support for LE Audio and completely separating aptX Lossless and aptX Adaptive in the next firmware.

Thank you for your patience and support!
