1.All MOD productsFeiao no longer provides warranty and paid maintenance services, as follows:

a. For machines with non-replaceable modules, if your machine has MOD, our company will not provide warranty and paid maintenance services regardless of whether it is within the warranty period;

B. For products with replaceable ear module, if you MOD the ear module, the MOD module will no longer provide warranty and paid maintenance services regardless of whether it is within the warranty period. The fuselage can still enjoy normal after-sales service.

2.any non-original parts, such as TFC card, third-party leather case, non-company earphones, etc., unless the customer service personnel request to send it back, please do not send it back to our company without permission with the normal after-sales warranty machine. If the items sent back without permission are lost, Feiao has no responsibility or obligation to keep it, nor is it responsible for it.

3. Please fill in the details in your after-sales registration form.Return the address information, we will send it back according to the address registered in the form. Feiao will not be responsible for all consequences caused by not registering the return address or temporarily changing the return address.
