FIIO’s proprietary four-channel fully differential 24-bit R2R resistor array DAC is composed of 48 precision thin-film resistors per channel, for a total of 192 resistors across four channels. Each resistor features 0.1% accuracy and low temperature drift (30ppm). This R2R DAC allows the K13 R2R to deliver a uniquely rich and musical sound.

The K13 R2R employs a fully differential architecture that leads to lower noise, and fewer FFT harmonics, resulting in a darker music background.

With FIIO's proprietary tuning algorithm, accessible through their app or web interface*, you can easily utilize preset tunings like "Retro PEQ," or even simulate and correct headphone frequency response curves. It also supports exporting, importing, sharing, and saving EQ curves, and auto-EQ, making sound tuning effortless.

Fully balanced audio amplifier circuit

The entire audio chain, including the R2R DAC, LPF, volume control, and headphone amp, uses fully differential signal processing for excellent interference rejection, minimal distortion, and high dynamic range. The amplification circuit also features gain control, headphone protection mechanisms, and POP noise elimination for a robust and reliable audio experience.

The built-in 30W switching power supply is protected by an alloy nickel-plated shielding cover, which significantly boosts its anti-interference capabilities and ensures a cleaner power supply.
