You can try the following methods to help you solve the problem:

1. Restart BR15 R2R;

2. Replug the power cord;

3. Check whether the current AC/DC power supply is connected correctly:

If it is AC power, the AC power switch should be switched to the ON state;

If it is a DC power supply, the specification of the DC power supply should be: 5V ≥2A. The power supplies such as 9V or 12 V power supply cannot be used.

[BR15 R2R has no DC, overload, and over-temperature protection, only AC power protection]

After triggering the protection, please reconnect the AC power cord and restart the BR15 R2R. If the BR15 R2R could not be turned on still, it may be a hardware issue, please contact customer service for help.
