15. BR15 R2R DC & AC Power Supply Instructions

The BR15 R2R supports both DC and AC power supply methods. (DC power supply takes takes priority.)

AC Power Supply: The BR15 R2R's power adapter supports AC input voltages ranging from 100V to 240V.

DC Power Supply: The standard power supply comes with BR15 R2R is 5V ≧2A. The DC plug connector specification is 5.5×2.1mm.

DC Power Supply Priority: When DC power is connected while using AC power, the BR15 automatically switches to DC power supply, and the AC power supply becomes inactive.

Can adapters exceeding 5V be used?

No. The BR15 R2R only supports 5V power input. It incorporates an overvoltage protection chip that automatically disconnects the system from the power source when voltage exceeds 5.8V.
