3. Common Troubleshooting for the GIGAS 1

1. The volume is adjusted via a potentiometer. At low volume levels, a slight imbalance between the left and right channels may occur. This is normal. Once the volume is increased to a normal listening level, the imbalance disappears—the device functions normally.

2. Please do not input audio through both RCA and 3.5mm ports at the same time, as this will result in audio mixing.

3. Due to power handshake fluctuations with the PD 12V adapter, when using a PD 12V power supply, the LED indicator on some adapters may flash once after powering on and then light up normally.
