6.What can be done if there is only one side of the FW1 can be connected?
If there is only one side of the FW1 that can be connected, the reason may be the left and right earbuds are not connected normally. Please put the left and right earbuds back into the charging case to turn them off. And then take them out and try again. If this cannot help, please follow the steps below to restore the factory settings and pair again:
1. Put the earbuds into the charging case, close the case and then open it again, ensuring that the earbuds are powering on in the charging case;
2. Keep the earbuds in the charging case while pressing the button on both sides for 8 seconds until the blue light is constantly on.
3. Take the earbuds out of the charging case and place them close to each other. The earbuds will automatically pair with each other before giving a connection completion prompt.
4. Then the master earbud will begin to connect to the mobile phone. When the connection succeeds, the earbuds can be used normally.
