2.What should I do if the KA17 works abnormally?

If the KA17 has no sound or is not recognised：

  1. Poor connection issue:

  1. Please reconnect the USB power and replug the headphones to use it.

  1. 3.5mm headphone out no output:

  1. The SPDIF output may be turned on: you can set SPDIF to OFF in the menu to check again.

  1. SPDIF out no output:

  1. SPDIF out is not supported when EQ is on. If the spdif out has no output, please set EQ to off in the menu.

 

The following are some other abnormal tips that may appear in KA17:

  1. If the display shows "Output error", the KA17 will stop outputting. Please disconnect the USB power supply, unplug the headphones, and then reconnect the USB power and replug the headphones to use it.

  2. If the display shows "Over temperature", the KA17 is overheating abnormally. Please disconnect the USB power supply and try again after it cools down. It is suggested to enable the Desktop mode in non-high temperature environments.

  3. If the display shows "Powerless", it means that the power supply of the current USB port is insufficient and the output power is limited.
