The connector has been redesigned as a swappable structure, with both 3.5mm and 4.4mm specifications included as standard to ensure compatibility with more devices. This headphone cable meticulously selects 6N monocrystalline copper + high-purity Furukawa copper cable, totaling 176 wires with a total diameter of 21AWG, guaranteeing fundamental sound quality. Four core technologies - cryogenic liquid nitrogen treatment, coaxial braided structure, crystalline one-way welding, and silver-containing lead-free solder - have been applied to this seemingly simple cable, demonstrating FIIO’s eighteen years of accumulated technical expertise.

-192° liquid nitrogen cryogenically treated, PFA insulation layer, balanced sound
The copper wires undergo cryogenic treatment with frozen nitrogen kept at -192°C, which accelerates changes at the molecular level, leading to the elimination of internal stress within the metal material. Coupled with the PFA insulation layer with a dielectric constant of only 2.1, it not only maintains the high resolution of monocrystalline copper, but also helps achieve a balance of both high resolution and sound enjoyment.
21AWG thickness per strand, coaxial braided structure, thick wires in fined braided for low distortion
The LL-RC 2025 1.5M was braided with 176 wires across 4 strands with a total diameter of 21AWG. The larger enough cross-sectional area further enhances conductivity; the braided inner and outer coaxial structure allows high-frequency currents to be distributed more evenly over the conductor’s surface, while coupled with the insulation layer to block external interference as well as further diverting high-frequency noise, reducing transmission loss and optimizing for the skin effect.
Double welding technology guards sound details
Since high-purity monocrystalline copper grains do have directional characteristics, the cable is made using one-way welding which follows the direction of the crystal grains. This allows signals to flow unimpeded along the wires and ensures consistency in the sound of the cable. Moreover, the cable employs high-quality silver-containing lead-free solder, which allows signals to flow smoothly through the wires with minimal losses. The result is a more transparent and fuller sound, taking your listening experience to the next level.

The FIIO LL-RC 2025 1.5M comes standard with 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced swappable plugs, allowing you to easily switch plugs based on the device you are connecting to. The middle and plug sections of the headphone cable are made of aluminum alloy and carbon fiber, the same as the cable that comes with the FT7 headphones.
