11. Why doesn’t the in-line microphone work for calls?

(1) Check whether you’re using an iPhone. Due to iOS limitations, Apple devices do not support in-line mic calling.

(2) If you’re not using an iPhone, make sure the in-line control switch in the FIIO Control App is turned on.
