FiiO M27 Review

Let’s cut to the chase: the FiiO M27 is exactly what a modern flagship should be – not just a “better M17”, but a more mature, more complete, and frankly more convincing statement of what FiiO can do when cost stops being the main constraint.

It’s built like a tank, comes with one of the most generous bundles in the category (that travel case still makes me smile), and the day-to-day experience is finally worthy of the price tag. The custom Android 13 setup feels genuinely smartphone-fast, the 6” screen is a joy, and between the triple USB-C layout, full-size optical/coaxial, dual micro-SD slots, and that glorious 6.35mm jack, the M27 might be one of the most versatile DAPs I’ve owned since the M17.
