The New Beryllium Giant - FiiO SnowSky OAK Nano Review (MSRP: $450)

The SnowSky OAK Nano exceeded my expectations in ways I didn't anticipate.

Its beryllium dynamic driver delivers a combination of detail capture, tonal balance, consistency, and musical interaction that is becoming increasingly difficult to find in its category.

The bass is controlled, the mid-frequencies are natural, the highs are refined, and the soundstage is convincing.

Most importantly, everything works together as a unified whole, just like in the old analog days.

Throughout my testing, I repeatedly discovered that the OAK Nano pairs best with sources that add extra note density and analog warmth.
