6. LEVEL 1 Firmware Upgrade Instructions

The LEVEL 1 firmware upgrade is completed through our FiiO Control app. Both online upgrade and local upgrade are supported. Please follow the steps below:

1.Make sure the latest version of FiiO Control is installed on your phone. If not, you can download and install it from your phone’s app store.

2.Both Android and iOS devices support firmware upgrade. Pair and connect your phone to LEVEL 1 via Bluetooth, open FiiO Control, and select JadeAudio LEVEL 1. After entering the device page, if the software version is not the latest, the app will prompt you to update.

Online upgrade: No firmware file needs to be downloaded. Simply tap the settings icon in the upper right corner, then go to Firmware Upgrade > Online Upgrade. We recommend using online upgrade.

Local upgrade: You need to download the latest firmware for the corresponding model from the FiiO official website, copy it to the transmitting device, then tap Local Upgrade in the app and select the downloaded firmware file to upgrade.
