2. What to do if AIR AMP malfunctions?

If it freezes or becomes unresponsive, you can briefly press the power button on the front panel, or unplug and reconnect the power cord to restart the unit.

Clear Pairing Information

With the unit powered on and on the main interface, briefly press the menu knob to enter the settings menu. Navigate to the RESET menu. When the "Y/N" prompt appears, turn the menu knob to select "Y", then briefly press the menu knob to confirm. The system will then restore factory settings and clear all Bluetooth pairing information.

What does the "HOT" message on the display mean?

The system features over-temperature and overload protection. When protection is triggered, the display will show "HOT". In this case, check the SPEAKER OUT wiring for any issues, such as a short circuit between positive and negative terminals, or the output terminals coming into contact with the chassis, RCA terminals, etc. After resolving the issue, restart the AIR AMP by turning it off and on again to resume normal operation. If no wiring errors are found, the unit may have triggered temperature protection due to overheating. Please turn off the AIR AMP and wait a few minutes for the unit to cool down before powering it back on.
