11. How to use the local playback function on the AIR AMP?

1. After powering on the AIR AMP, rotate the menu knob on the main interface to enter mode selection, rotate to switch to LOCAL mode, and short-press the menu knob to confirm.

2. Confirm that the AIR AMP has been paired to the network and is on the same Wi-Fi network as your phone. AIR AMP pairing tutorial: Click here.

3. Download the FiiO Control App on your phone: Click here. When running the app for the first time, if a permission request appears, tap "Allow" to grant the necessary permissions.

Tap the "+" icon on the app to enter the Add Device interface, then tap the "Other Streaming Devices" category icon. The app will switch to the device search interface. Tap the refresh icon in the upper right corner on this interface, and it will search for AIR AMP devices on the same local network. Tap on the device to complete the connection.

4. After connection, you can use functions such as operating mode switching, local playback, equalizer settings, media services (NAS local playback), update music library, reset music library, and LED status settings.

5. Go to "Settings" on the home page, select Update Music Library, then enter the "Local Playback" icon to browse and play songs.

Supported formats for local playback on the AIR AMP:

Supports WAV, MP3, FLAC, APE, WMA, OGG, DSF, DFF. Supports CUE and ISO track splitting playback.
