How to do if no sound in coaxial/optical output mode
1.Please check the supported sampling rate of the device connected to the BTA30Pro. The optical output of BTA30Pro supports up to 192kHz . The coaxial output supports up to PCM384KHz/Dop128. There will be no sound if the sampling rate of the music file surpasses that of the device.
2.Check if the ‘Digital up-sampling’ switch on the FiiO Control app is turned on. When it is on, all music under 192kHz will be output at 192kHz.Music above 192kHz will be output at the sampling rate of the music. There will be no sound if the device connected to the output end of the BA30Pro does not supported the output sampling rate. It is suggested to turn off the Digital up-sampling switch at that time.
3.Generally, the output can be switched freely to line-out, coaxial out and optical out. If there is only one output that is normal, it means this port is having an issue.
Fail to connect via Bluetooth
It is suggested to clear the pairing records of both the BTA30Pro and the Bluetooth receiving device and then reconnect them.
