6. Issues concerning the computer-recognization and employ problems on E10K

A: 1. Firstly, E10K is drive-exempted. When connected to the computer for the first time,  the computer will recognize it and install it automatically. To see whether it has been installed successfully or not, just check the computer's device management to see if there is USB Audio Device. Ever since, the computer will never show up any hardware installment prompts if there is no change on the USB port.
When using audio player, choose 'FiiO USB DAC-E10' on the audio output device, then users can enjoy the music.

2. If there is no 'FiiO USB DAC-E10' option on the audio output device list, pls uninstall the USB Audio Device first, then pull out E10K and replug it in to reinstall.
