12. About the volume adjustment of Q15

1. Why is it designed to have graded adjustments? Both the mobile phone and the Q15 need to be adjusted, but it cannot be adjusted directly on the mobile phone?

The volume adjustment is designed to be asynchronous with the mobile phone. The advantage of this is that the volume level can be more subdivided, allowing you to obtain more precise volume adjustment. Avoid the trouble of increasing the volume by one level which is too loud and decreasing the volume by one level which is too low!

The volume adjustment of Q15 itself has a memory function. In Bluetooth mode, it will automatically remember the adjusted volume when connecting to different devices.

2. How should the volume be set?

The mobile phone adjusts the volume of Bluetooth encoding. If it is too low, it will affect the dynamics. The Q15 end adjusts the volume of decoding and amplification, which has little loss of sound quality. Therefore, it is recommended to adjust the volume of the mobile phone to the maximum and let Q15 adjust the volume. This is convenient and can get better sound quality.
