5. How to control the BT11 in the FiiO Control App?

When connecting FiiO Control APP for the first time, please make sure BT11 is in pairing mode (i.e. red and blue light flashing alternately)

BT11 supports APP control. You can control it by connecting your mobile phone directly.

Why can't I connect the second BT11 to FiiO Control even if I disconnect the first BT11 from FiiO Control?

A: After connecting a BT11 to FiiO Control, you would need to clear the BT11 pairing record in the APP before pairing a new BT11 to it.

Why can't the FiiO Control APP connect to BT11?

When connecting to the FiiO Control APP for the first time, please make sure BT11 is in pairing mode. (i.e. red and blue light flashing alternately)

And make sure the Bluetooth function is on. (If the same mobile phone has paired with the same BT11 before, the BT11 can be connected directly without entering the pairing mode again).

If the APP can't connect still, please make sure whether there is another mobile phone connected to the BT11. Please remove the connection on the other mobile phone and then refresh to connect again.
